Young is a quiet small town which is surrounded by the Tonto National Forest. It is one of the best places in Arizona with almost perfect weather. With an elevation of 5000', the winters are mild and the summers 80 to 90 but it cools down in the mornings and evenings. Much cooler than the valley. There are hundreds of trails for hiking , biking , 4x4 , trail rides , hunting , fishing, bird watching or just enjoying the quiet laid back atmosphere. Maybe just sit on the balcony and watch what wild life might stop by for a quick visit or a drink of water.
The log house has a large kitchen with everything you will need to make family meals, baking and roasting pans plus every seasoning you'll need. Keurig coffee maker with refillable pod so you can use your coffee or our special blends. Tea maker , Magic bullets' for smoothies . You name it. It's probably there for you!
Large comfy chair with ottoman right next to the wood stove. Leather recliner, large screen TV, and internet for streaming. Warning ! Once you sit down you'll never want to leave.

Downstairs is a small bedroom with trundle bed 2 twin and in the office area you'll find a hide-a- bed queen with memory foam mattress.
